At Durham Dolphins, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons tailored to children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students with a passion for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers to love the water. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Love and passion for swimming and children
