On Monday September 30th I came to the storage at 5:30p to load items into my new storage. There was no one in the office and no one answered the phone numbers. By the time I saw the employee through gate it was about 10 minutes to six. I had to pay an extra day for the rental truck.

Not a great location and not luxurious but the price and the fact that it’s ground floor and drive up made this a good choice for us.
