We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team at Valley Burger Bar As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while handling cash, credit card transactions, and ensuring smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Accurately process customer transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and provide correct change.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and promptly.
- Answer customer inquiries about the menu, special offers, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
