We are seeking an experienced and skilled Grill Cook to join our restaurant team in downtown LA. We are high volume delivery only restaurant starting dine-in soon and expanding our business!

The ideal candidate will prepare our original menu items, including hamburgers, sandwiches, pasta, and steak, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in cooking, ideally hamburger restaurant or breakfast related
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
