Apparel Production Intern
Job Description
Looking for an intern to support planning, sourcing, and production development.
Responsibilities include sample organization, material sourcing, client and subcontractor coordination, and measurement and quality control routines.
Your Job:
• Use of Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) along with Microsoft Office and basic Adobe products.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
• Coordination of sample and production manufacturing among in-house and subcontracting facilities, including but not limited to: dye houses, cut & sew, embroidery and screen printing, trim sources, packaging, and shipping.
• Client management and planning to create reasonable and realistic expectations for delivery and product creation.
• Sending and receiving time-sensitive packages under deadlines.
• Product testing, including lab dip referencing, cut fits, dye results, and shrinkage.
• Calculation of fabric/product yields and their pricing.
• Maintaining an organized fabric and garment sample library.

• Organization of product order logs.
• Experience or intense interest in the apparel industry.
• Teamwork, good sportsmanship, and a positive bedside manner with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Ability to drive in Los Angeles and access to reliable transportation.
