• Comfortable in and around open water and basic knowledge of safety considerations
• Ability to use watercraft in deep water (Surfboard, paddleboard, kayak)
• Experience with children or teaching is preferred
• Red Cross Certification or WSI certification is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
