Advertised as "5x5," the storage space was in fact only 3x4 and only 4 feet high. That's a big difference. It was misleading and infuriating and overpriced. However, The woman at the desk, Kim, was professional and helpful. I think she was embarrassed when she saw the actual size of the space. I will be moving my things out as soon as I can.
