I was promised a 10 x 10 first month $1 and $177 a month after that. I arrived to the storage unit and moved in Feb 2nd at around 2:11 pm. Today is Feb 11th and I'm being charged $241 for March 3rd. To make matters worse I call customer service only for them to tell me they can't help me . And it only gets better she told me the storage location I went to canceled my reservation on Feb 2nd and changed my moved date to Feb 5th and made a new reservation date for Feb 5th when I was already moved into the unit Feb 2nd. I wasn't even near the storage unit Feb 5th for any transaction to be authorized and charged on that's date. The female manager at this location was so rude and disrespectful after a 17hr drive and moving an entire 3 bedroom into a storage unti she got an attitude over the number of carts I had and proceeded to tell me " If you got a problem you don't need to use no cart " the only thing I implied to her was that it would be faster for me to move my things if I had more than one cart I only had 2 people helping me move my things and I had less than 3 hrs to unload the truck and head to the 5th floor. I felt overwhelmed and disrespected and just left it alone. I spent alot of money moving and was hoping that the storeing my things would make me feel at ease but at this point I'm ready to sell all my stuff and just call it a day.
