Every time I go to many my payment online the system does not recognize my information. There is one email address in the actual facility and a different one in the home office system the email is the same but in a different configuration format. Been rectified with the facilities staff numerous times but, everytime I try to make pay my online (as today 7/3/'21) the same error issues come up and will not recognize my input information in any way shape or form and they are unable to get their home office to get this fixed and establish the same information at both actual renting facility and the home office. This has been going on for months on end. The manager at the facility (#738) has been helpful in finally processing the payment . On Jun 4th, '21 my info was once again updated and accepted. July 3rd,'21 same problem. Now the facility will be closed for the July the 4th and Mon.5th, and I will be assed with late fees. I have also been informed by the Mgr. that they cannot accept c/c payment over the phone or in person payment at the facility?????? HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?????. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS WELL AS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER. Online info clearly shows that "CASH, CHECKS and C/C" payment are accepted at facility.
