The service was friendly. It was pretty simple to move in. There were a few issues though…. They did not advise you up front if a lot of additional charges. I had stuff with me to leave in the unit but had no lock so was forced to purchase an overpriced lock from the facility. They never mentioned needing to purchase insurance. There was a 1 time administration fee that I did not feel was justified since I did most of my own entry online so I should’ve gotten the fee for doing the work. So after my half off deal for the first month it was basically full price so not sure how great of a discount it really was.

Great location, easy access, friendly staff.....However, your prices are outrageous. Had no choice but to take the unit as I was unable to find the size I needed elsewhere.
