About this Course
In this MOOC, you will learn the 5 steps of the PM4R Agile methodology, a hybrid approach for accelerating critical project tasks to achieve faster and more efficient delivery. Building on the agile mindset from the first course, you will understand how a project team should behave to implement the 5 steps of PM4R Agile successfully. You\'ll discover how each stage of this IDB hybrid methodology is carried out, the necessary tools, and the recommended practices for its implementation. Additionally, you will identify the roles of different team members in each step. Throughout the course, you will observe a project team implementing each step and understand their challenges. You will also perform the most relevant tasks of each step on a real project to practice what you have learned. By the end of the course, you will be able to analyze if this methodology suits your project and receive a guide on why you should or should not use it. To enhance your understanding, we provide an infographic illustrating the 5 steps and the tools used in each. We are developing the third course in this MOOC series, focusing on implementing the PM4R Agile methodology, its tools, challenges, and best practices.
