The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the day I was moving in there was a big truck blocking the back entrance that was loading as if they own the entire facility, they may or may not I do not know that. Secondly, behind the truck, there were 2 storage units open, and guys in motorcycles hanging out in the storage units also blocking with the motorcycles for anyone to unload. As a woman, it is a bit intimidating to enter an isolated establishment by yourself and see so many men blocking the entrances and areas to unload. Finally, inside the storage on the second floor there was a guy for hours in his unit, listening to a podcast just hanging out. Weird. Overall great price and great customer service.
