Spare Foot customer service was excellent. Staff of Storquest in Jersey City, NJ were great, both Ben and Joseph! Place is very clean. This is my first experience using a storage facility, so everything seemed overwhelming. Also, my brother and I belong to the baby boomer generation, and thanks to Ben, who explained every step of the move in process, made the experience go smoothly. He even gave us tips on the order of loading our things into the truck. And his patience, as we practiced with putting the lock on and off the storage unit, need to be commended! Thank you so much
