The doors to my unit are very sticky, don't open, close, or latch corredly, though they are usable by fiddling with them a lot. They need to keep their units in better shape. Usable, but not nearly up to the standard of other units that I've rented in the past. I usually rent from U-Haul, but Public Storage was a lot closer, and I needed a unit in a hurry. Personnel are friendly enough, very helpful, but the facility detracts from the overall experience.

I initially spoke with Lisa on the phone, and then met her at the Site. She pleasantly walked me thru the process, showed me my storage unit, and made the experience very pleasant.
