The staff is rude, especially Charles. The District Manager, Sargheel, does not resolve your concerns or return calls. The bathroom is often dirty and the parking area and carpet near the storage units always contain debris. And if you complain about Charles' rude behavior, he will have your lease terminated, cut your lock,and have your things sold at auction without telling you. This location also raises your rates without notice, does not honor your lease, and is not licensed with the Department of Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau.
