Job Description
Responsibilities
include and are not limited to:
- Set up workstations with directed ingredients
- Prep order to customers
- Prepare ingredients to use (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in fryer and grille
- Check food quality
- Ensure great presentation as directed
- Adhere store direction to keep a sanitized and orderly environment work station
- Ensure all food and other dry goods are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders
Preferred
- Familiar with Chinese language and Asian street food are a plus
- Availability to work on Weekday schedule
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Experience in using cutting tools, fryer and other cookware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Ability to follow store operation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- (PLUS) Food Handlers Certification
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to read and comprehend information at a close range at a close range, and follow instructions accurately and efficiently
· Ability to use electronic systems, such as computers and tablets.
· Be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Continuously bend, reach, twist, and use your hands and arms.
· Operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
· Subject to exposure to cleaning chemicals
