Job Description
Position Description for a Chef is responsible for
· Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including skilled in menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, and maintaining inventory.

· Effective leadership and communication skills for coordinating with the front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.

· Prior experience working in high-pressure environments such as busy restaurants or catering services is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate for the chef position should possess a strong culinary background with experience in a variety of cooking techniques/ cuisines and experience working in professional kitchens. They should have a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient pairing, and food presentation. They should possess excellent knife skills, be proficient in food preparation and presentation, and have a keen eye for detail.
