This is a single room occupancy and please only 1 person can apply.
Kitchen Living room and restroom is shared. Please note thorough Credit, Criminal and background check will be conducted with all paperwork.

If you want to move forward with a room there is an $45 application fee ( non refundable ) and also will go through a credit, criminal and eviction process
