You will be renting a room in 3 bedroom apartment.
There is only 1 restroom.
This elevator building has laundry facility.
Perfect for Female - student or Traveling Nurse. Only 1 person is allowed to apply.
I have 2 other rooms 1 room is where i will stay and I am renting 2 rooms.
Kitchen Living room and restroom is shared. Please note thorough Credit, Criminal and background check will be conducted with all paperwork.

If you want to move forward with a room there is an $55 application fee ( non refundable ) and also will go through a credit, criminal and eviction process there i is a $55 fee that is non refundable as well. So to tall of $110 to get started.
