First time user and I couldn’t be happier! Facility is so clean and Ruben was excellent; explained everything thoroughly and made sure our unit was spotless. Will recommend!

Could never get anyone from the facility in the phone because they don’t have a full time employee answering inquiries. When I showed up to move in the office was closed (on a week day during business hours). Thanks god a kindly woman who is filling in came in to help me check in and set up my account. She wasn’t able to answer all of my questions but I was able to move in so I’m thankful. Unit was littered with mouse excrement in all the corners, also saw a few enormous spiders the size of a silver dollar. There were no cleaning supplies or vacuum available and there was nowhere to plug in a vacuum when I brought my own. Nobody has been cleaning the bathroom and I was told it’s disgusting. Someone needs to come manage their business because I’m extremely unimpressed and in fact pretty unhappy with whoever these owners are. That being said they offer good prices, and the rest of the grounds of the facility are in good shape. Though the buildings are basic corrugated steel and insulation, they look very new general and are in good shape. Common areas are clean. They have 2 carts available for common use. Hopefully my experience gets better at this place, because I really want to like it.
