As a Swim Instructor at Upper Merion Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and give one-on-one and group lessons customized for children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Swim Instructor to join us at our Upper Merion Aquatic Club location in King Of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
