As a Swim Instructor at Atlantic Coast Athletic Club, you will lead swimming programs, providing tailored lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a genuine passion for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in West Chester, PA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages in an instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
