As a Swim Instructor at Malvern Swimming Association, you will be responsible for leading swimming programs and conducting individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to inspire young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Malvern Swimming Association in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Evaluate student progress, offer feedback, and provide guidance as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience in working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient in swimming and knowledgeable in different swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
• A genuine love and passion for swimming and working with children
