As a Swim Instructor at Souderton Area Cmty A C, you will lead swimming programs and deliver individual and group lessons customized for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong interest in swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Swim Instructor to join our team and support our Souderton Area Cmty A C in Souderton, PA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
