There is no human customer service on -site, and that wasn't communicated. What's worse, there's very bad reception in that area, so completing the reservation over the phone was not easy. In general, I had zero knowledge of what to expect on site. My movers had to leave when it took long to figure out the facility. In addition, I was recommended a very large storage unit, despite the fact that I told the rep I only have a few items. A rep on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor to discuss this.
