When I first got there the elevator was working now it is not working I am not supposed to be walking 🚶‍♀️ and down steps due to medical issues the stairwell smells like urine I had a slight asthma attack do to the heat and walking those step I was out of breath.It is too hot to be doing this All the money your company charges for storage units and the elevators are out of order .The customer service person is ok it is not that employee fault the elevators are not working .The company needs to issue credit due to the fact the elevator are not working credit for the people who are current on payments ,I was there 2 times to put things in storage and no elevator .Thanks

I was greeted when I entered the door, and was helped right away. The sales associate gave me their full attention and clearly explained everything to me. Her patience with me asking many questions and changing my mind about which unit to get after deciding on one then say no ill take the other was not un notice and her great mood and respect stayed with her the whole process. She if definitely a plus for that store.
