I rented a 5'x5' locker for short term storage. I moved out of a studio apartment and stored around 10 medium boxes comfortably. This kind of unit isn't good if you have long items or large items, which I didn't. It was actually perfect for my needs. The only drawback is that the lockers are on top of the units, such that you need to use a ladder to access it and even when on the platform, I needed to hop up into the unit to reach the back. Unless you are able bodied or have someone to help you trek up that ladder with your things, it'll be hard. In terms of the facility, it was very clean and had air-conditioner. They are very strict on time and you won't have access outside of the posted times so you need to plan carefully. Because I got a locker, the price was great but the requirement to get property insurance took me by surprise because 1) it wasn't listed when I booked online and 2) since my unit was so cheap, the insurance itself was a 25% mark-up. Also, there's a one-time admin fee of like $20, which also wasn't listed prior. All in all, still a good deal. Michael, the manager, was great and I'd recommend this place for him alone.

the process was quick, easy, efficient and not stressful at all. They took the time to give me a tour, explain every step, policy and procedure and I am confident my belongings are safe.
