Upon Arrival to check in i used the app to go to my locker get my lock and start moving my stuff i started looking for the complimentary Dolley to move my stuff into my unit unfortunately i couldnt find any at all so i go to the office to ask and the lights were off and doors were locked so i assumed they were closed so one by one i moved the boxes in my car into the unit up 3 ramps and as im leaving i see the office lights turn on so i go up to the door and its still locked the young man pointed at me to come arount the side of the building so as i pull up in my car to the side he comes to the door and asks what i need i asked if you all rent dolleys and he said yes just give me id and sign it out i told him okay perfect but i need to run home to get the rest of my stuff and my people who are helping me he says okay and before i could say anything else he goes back inside and back to the desk i just left move in says its from 6am-9pm i go get my help and come back at 6 pm and doors are locked again and young man is motioning that you all are closed and i cant use the dolley i was not happy at all the young man didnt tell me that there was a certain time they close and that i wouldnt be able to use the dolly if i came back after 6pm i was unaware and not happy at all. But I Get What I Paid For
