I have been a customer since 2008 and every year my storage payments goes up. It is too expensive. Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year. That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION". I'm up to my last savings and trying to seek help so that I don't lose my storage unit with all my personal belongings and especially my memorabilia. Thank You. Respectfully, Nora Orozco
