Excellent customer was friendly and well mannered

They make you use their locks. I bought a lock for my unit, but I had to use theirs which had keys. I got there with my uhaul to drop off stuff and forgot the keys in my starting location, two hours away. Buying cutters wouldn’t fix it, they would have to call the locksmith. If I could have used the lock I bought I wouldn’t need a key. I wasn’t able to unload my stuff until I went to get the key. On the unit I got, the ceilings are low and it smells like feet, although it was on sale. I should have just paid more for a first floor unit outside.
