I was able to make a reservation online and once I got to the location getting a unit and moving in was very easy and fast. Only issue was the pricing and the lock they do add about $12 more (depending on value) for mandatory insurance and you'll need a cylinder lock which they sell but don't say it online. Besides all that pretty good clean and fast transaction
