I was very impressed by the customer service, however, I am very disappointed that for over a week the security gate has not worked. This is telling me that you do not seem to care about the security of your tenant's belongings. I am actually sorry I went with your facility - that being said has nothing to do with the extreme courtesy of the attendant. I am a single older woman going in alone and did not feel safe at all.
