When I signed up there was no promotion as other branches provided. In total for the first month I paid 107 which include Insurance around December 22, 2023. On March 22, this company charged my account without my knowledge or permission $203.00 almost 95% -100% more on my bill without consent. The company claim to have sent out a post card which could have been lost by mail. Self-storage rental agreements now must request that tenants provide two email addresses and a mobile number. Facility operators must also inform customers, either within the rental agreement or via verified mail, of the company’s right to enforce a lien. If this information is included in the lease, it must be in bold type at least 12 points in size, and the customer must initial next to the language when signing. If delivered by mail, the information must also be sent via email and text message. None of these procedures were done. The company should disclose to every client the time in which rates would be increased and by how much. The storage company should give account of price gorging and inability to disclose to customers in a timely manner or in the agreement of their increase percent over a period of time.
