The process was smooth. I did not give a 5 star rating for the following reasons: (1) You must purchase insurance through them. They give you a coverage and dollar amount. You have to agree to the insurance, not negotiable. After the paperwork is complete and initial fees paid you get a receipt and pamphlet. At home I see that there are three coverage options you can choose, which was not told to me. The middle option was the only one quoted to me. I was told homeowners insurance would probably not cover yet up above it says they accept homeowners renters Insurance. (2) In none of their advertisements does it stipulate that the discounted price quoted is only really a promotional discount and good for about two months or so. (3) The move-in door is one sliding door. I had a hard time fitting a piece of furniture and only by rearranging this heavy piece was I able to fit it in. (4) The lock and unlock metal piece to the storage is hard to move. I have arthritis and I really had to put a lot of pressure to slide it side to side. I should have been better informed about the insurance’s aspect, but the staff should be better trained.
