I had a little problem after check in . I couldn't find the unit it was way back in the back. They need to correct the number so you can find it correctly. When I went back to the manager she wasn't there no one was their to help.i needed to call customer service they couldn't really help after about a half hour the manager came back ..also the unit was a 5 by 10 it was in such a location that was so narrow I couldn't hardly drive it up to it they really need to make it a little wider. Will ask if their is another unit for drive up. Other wise it was ok.

I let my brother and niece move my things into my storage. My brother Thomas Beleno also is going to rent a storage place from your facility.
