The person who works there was so friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. I love that they have the hand carts for us to use. It's also nice and cool inside.

Now let me just say that I have been to plenty of storage facilities, that I couldn't give a review because I just couldn't. But I will tell you that from the reservation online, to the pricing, to the reminders for email, text and phone calls, was exactly what I needed to let me know the times to come in the office. Greeted at the door, paperwork was done online so just had to sign a few privacy acts and what can and cannot go in the storage, and went for a tour to my unit, and went back to lobby. Was giving my own personal keypad # to get in building,plenty carts available for loading and elevator was perfect. Recommend to anyone looking for an indoor storage.
