Customer Service was great. Andrea and I forget the other woman's name were nice and super helpful. Although the deal that I signed up for online was not valid? So I had to move into a smaller unit to get a promotional discount. Also there were a bunch of issues with the elevator/my code which was eventually resolved. and when I came back to move more stuff in, one of the carts had a bum wheel which was incredibly annoying.

Very simple, and each of the customer service agents I’ve worked with have been incredibly friendly. The free truck was great too - I only wish I could reserve for the other way as well! Only legit downside was that there was a bar in my unit, which makes perfect sense, but I believe my unit is smaller than advertised. Not an issue though, all of my things fit in perfectly.
