i appreciated how helpful Debbie was. I needed more boxes and she showed me the moving kit they had. Great deal! She took the time to go over everything with me and took me down to the unit and showed me how to use the lock etc. I ended up needing an additional unit the next and the young man was also helpful. I did not get his name. We rushed in at 2:30 as the office was closing at 3. He got us the add'l unit and all worked out. I am just glad we had an issue before 3 so it could be taken care of.
