customer service was not on premises during work hours, got there at 5.45pm facility closes at 6pm Customer service rep was very unhelpful and rude, had questions when I was moving in and she said to me" you are interrupting my meeting again" Hallway was grimy and dirty and the unit is very dusty My opinion is when customers are moving in the space should be cleaned prior to the move in

Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful In addition stopped by to make payment previous evening at 5.45 and office was closed Facilities is new but very dusty and so was my rented space
