Our cozy townhouse is conveniently located right next to FSU and you'll be surrounded by plenty of food spots just steps away. Publix is just 2 minutes down the road, and Walmart is 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing or focusing on school or work.

The available room is downstairs with its own private bathroom. It's fully furnished with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV, closet, and small table. We provide extra towels and bedding to help you feel right at home.

You're welcome to use our upstairs kitchen anytime, and laundry is available on site.

For parking, street spots are directly out front, and additional parking at the end of the street. If you have extra furniture, we also offer some storage space.

The current roommates don't have pets, but we do welcome quiet, well-trained animals. We want everyone, human or furry, to feel at home and respected here.
