At Lakeland Area Swimming, we are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will be a student with a love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Lakeland, FL as a Swim Instructor!

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Track student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students in an instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations calmly
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
