As a Swim Instructor at Sun Coast Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and provide customized individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and instill a respect for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Crystal River, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• A passion for swimming and working with children is a must
