As a Swim Instructor at PiranhasYMCA of the Suncoast, you will lead swimming programs and offer tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Ability to manage behavior and remain calm in challenging situations
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
