1099 FAC-P/PM Instructors
Job Description
Stafford Consulting Company, Inc. is recruiting FAC-P/PM Instructors to fill our growing requirements for Training Course Instructors.
These PM Instructors must be prepared to teach on-site, face-to-face and live within a 50-mile radius of Frederick, MD.
Requirements:
Experience:
Candidates must have, at a minimum, 10+ years of recent Program/Project Management Experience (Subject Matter Expertise) managing Federal Government Projects/Programs.
Must display relevant and current (within the past two years) experience instructing adult learners in the course or course subject matter in a virtual or face-to-face classroom setting. Each instructor must provide evidence of at least two years of teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, government, commercial or industrial establishment in the course or course subject matter, and two years of teaching or instructing in a virtual or face-to-face classroom setting.
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred Master’s Degree or higher
Professional Certifications:
Acceptable candidates must possess Legacy Level 3 DAWIA or FAC-C, COR, and/or P/PM areas of expertise or any of the following certifications.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
Project Management Professional (PMP)®
Program Management Professional (PgMP)®
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)®
IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
National Contract Management Association (NCMA) ™ Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) ™
