We Are looking for a roommates for a set of open rooms in our House (3 bedroom, 2Bath)top level. 2bedroom, 1 bath.

The bathrooms for each will be private minus the hall included in the rent (Water, electric, Internet, WIFI)
The full use of the area of the house, livingroom dinning room kitchen large patio will be open for use with shared responsibilities for over all cleanliness. There's also a washer and dryer available for use within the house. House, is also big enough to comfortability and work from home if needed. Currently available. Bedroom one (MasterBedRoom) price as it stands at $1300. This room will have it's own restroom.
Currently available Bedroom MED Sized ) /(Three:SM Sized ) will have a restoom not attached. This room is $950. The :MED Sized is available If both room are rented together in a Perosonal living space and bedroom style the restroom will be private use for that room set. $1850
We are flexible about a move in date.
