Neadia has provided us excellent customer service today. Without seeing the facility, Neadia was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the online reservation for a 10x10 unit. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the facility and how she manages the day-to-day operations as the Property Manager. This is why I give her 5 STARS! Amazing assistance today.
