I have rented many storage units over the years. The contrast between this location and others is stark. This one is clean and well-maintained. They provide their customers with a bathroom. (So rare!) There is a manager on-site during business hours who is a pleasure to work with. You will enjoy interacting with Emad. He is helpful, courteous, and devoted to doing a good job. My phone interactions with him were such a breath of fresh air after my most recent experience with surly storage staff. And after the small ways he went above and beyond the day we moved in, I didn’t want to let another day pass without recommending this location. Things like a smile during the sound like they’re not a big deal when you’re hauling your belongings, but they ARE appreciated. Thank you, Emad, for a pleasant experience. P.S. Their moving supplies are reasonably priced! If I ever need boxes or specialized moving items again, I will visit Public Storage to buy them.
