They tried to swindle me several times on add ons which they claimed to be required but actually were not. If they tell you that you need to pay for something beyond what you reserved, challenge them back and tell them no.

I moved from a 4 bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment. Before the move I donated almost all of the household items. But there were mementos, holiday decorations etc that I just couldn’t part with. Cube Smart is now almost an extra closet for storage for me. And so lucky - located so close to my building. Secure, clean, and convenient!
