We are so lucky to have found this place!! As soon as I first spoke with Susan here at Owensmouth Secured Storage, we knew that making the move to a new facility was going to be worth it. We were absolutely miserable at our last facility, constantly having to deal with rude, mean & inconsiderate staff members, but even still, after 5 years of storing there, the thought of moving everything just seemed so daunting. But as soon as we met Susan, with how exceptionally kind, helpful & understanding she was, the thought of moving everything became less & less daunting. Meeting her made it so clear that this was the right place for us. As a family-owned & operated business, they take a lot of pride in running a great business for their customers by offering a very clean, secure facility with a “home-like” atmosphere that made us feel like part of the family right away, which made it that much more of a desirable location. We have never felt safer storing our valuables with anyone as we do with them. Susan, her sister Kim & brother in-law Dan all went above & beyond to accommodate us & help make our move as easy as possible for us. Susan even stayed well after closing time, without complaint, to make sure we were able to fit everything properly & not over-exert ourselves. Now that we know what it’s like to store at a place like Owensmouth Secured Storage, we would never store anywhere else. Thank you for everything Susan, Kim & Dan! We honestly can’t thank you enough for all you have done for us, we look forward to storing with you for years to come! :)
