At Rochester Swim Club, we are currently seeking a Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. Ideal for students who are passionate about swimming, have excellent communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love the water. Join our team in Rochester, MN as a Swim Instructor!

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
Effective behavior management abilities
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
Passion for swimming and working with children
